SAY was building carbon-fibre yachts with a clear point of difference: lighter construction, responsive handling and a more efficient way to travel. We developed the strategy and creative direction to reposition that engineering story for a luxury audience, showing that performance and refinement could be part of the same experience.

The identity began with SAY’s distinctive A-shaped bow. We created a custom wordmark that suggests smooth, agile forward motion, giving the brand a recognisable signature drawn from the yachts themselves.

A muted colour spectrum brought restraint to the identity, while technical typography and performance-inspired graphics gave it energy. We also developed bespoke illustration and iconography for each yacht, creating a consistent system with room for every model to have its own character.

We carried the identity into brochures, event spaces and out-of-home work. The approach was elegant and understated, giving the yachts space to command attention while keeping the detail and precision of the brand present throughout.

Our photography guidance and art direction set out to capture both sides of SAY: the exhilaration of a performance yacht and the pleasure of spending time on board. The result positioned luxury as something to experience, not simply something to look at.

The website and configurator brought that thinking online. Taking cues from leading performance brands on and off the water, we designed a digital experience that gives each yacht its own presence and makes personalisation feel as considered as the craft behind it.
